On June 10, 2022, the Academy of Advanced Legal and Political Studies (AFP) and the Union of European Lawyers (UAE) organised in Naples a conference on “The right to a healthy environment in the Italian constitutional framework“, with the participation of Rafaele Sabato, judge at the European Court of Human Rights elected in respect of Italy and Mr Giovanni Melillo, Italian National Prosecutor Antimafia.
Mr Gregory Thuan Dit Dieudonné, in his capacity as President of the Commission on Human Rights and the Environment, closed the debates on the theme “Thinking about the environmental and ecological rights of tomorrow: towards a European environmental human rights pact?“
